GenuFly is a travel planning and concierge service that provides: - AI-powered travel recommendations and planning - Access to travel deals and affiliate booking links - Concierge inquiry handling by our team and AI agents - Membership tiers with varying levels of service - Travel resources, destination guides, and tools GenuFly acts as a travel advisor and facilitator. We are not a licensed travel agency unless stated otherwise. Bookings made through affiliate partner links are subject to those partners' terms and conditions.

3. Membership and Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and complete information We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service.

4. Membership Subscriptions

Paid memberships (Explorer, VIP, Concierge) are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law. Free tier: The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use our Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems - Submit false or misleading information - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff - Use our AI agents for any purpose other than legitimate travel planning - Resell or commercially exploit our Service without written permission

GenuFly earns commissions from bookings made through our affiliate partner links at no additional cost to you. These commissions help us maintain and improve our free service. We are not responsible for: - The accuracy of third-party pricing or availability - The quality of services provided by booking partners - Any disputes between you and third-party providers - Changes to third-party terms or pricing Always review the terms of any third-party service before booking.

7. AI Concierge Service

Our AI agents provide travel recommendations and communications as part of our concierge service. Please note: - AI recommendations are informational and not professional travel advice - Pricing and availability change rapidly — always verify before booking - AI agents may make errors — important information should be verified - Our human team reviews AI actions and is available for escalation We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GenuFly including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by GenuFly or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-submitted content: By submitting content (reviews, feedback, inquiry details) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content to provide and improve our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenuFly shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Damages arising from third-party services or bookings - Errors or inaccuracies in AI recommendations - Service interruptions or data loss Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Travel information is provided for informational purposes and may not be current or accurate.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
